營銷主管
工作內容:
協助部門主管推動整體營銷和傳播戰略;
規劃綜合營銷活動,包括活動、廣告、多媒體營銷等;
領導營銷活動的實施,並與不同的內部或外部方合作以實現目標;
監督廣告和宣傳材料、宣傳影片和數碼內容的設計和製作;
管理社交媒體帳號,發布宣傳內容;
生成報告並評估推廣工作的有效性;
定期進行研究,以確定市場機會並收集利益相關者的反饋;
其他上司分配的其他任務。
要求:
至少1-2 年工作經驗;
具市場營銷或相關學科學士學位;
精通英語和中文(廣東話和普通話);
優秀的人際關係和溝通能力,能夠與不同的利益相關者和外部各方互動;
良好的責任感和自我激勵;
能夠在最少的監督下獨立處理任務;
能夠對團隊目標採取積極態度,並與團隊成員保持協作工作關係;
有管理社交媒體平台和網絡內容的經驗者優先;
熟悉Adobe illustrator,Photoshop,Indesign 等排版,繪圖軟件應用。
Job Description:
To assist the department Head in driving the overall marketing and communications strategies;
To plan the integrated marketing campaigns including events, advertising, digital marketing, etc.
To Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and collaborate with various internal or external parties to achieve objectives;
To oversee the design and production of advertising and promotional materials, promotion videos and digital contents;
To Manage social media accounts and post promotional content;
To Generate reports and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts;
To conduct regular research and studies to identify market opportunities and collect feedback from stakeholders;
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years working experience;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline;
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with different stakeholders and external parties;
A good sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision;
Ability to take a positive attitude towards team goals and maintain a collaborative working relationship with team members;
Experience in managing social media platforms and web content is a plus;
Familiar with Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and other typesetting and drawing software applications.
