很多商會/協會/社團,由於並沒有太多日常事務,平均每月開一次會。故此沒有會址,開會亦都沒有固定場地,,需要經常換地方或者用私人地方。

Many chambers of commerce/associations/societies hold meetings once a month on average because they do not have too many daily affairs. Therefore, there is no meeting place, and there is no fixed venue for meetings. It is necessary to change places frequently or use private places.

1. Office spaces of different sizes are available for rent. Share the public space with beautiful environment and meeting space. We also have front desk colleagues who can provide mailboxes and mail receiving services. 2. The site has complete facilities: free WI-FI, free coffee and tea, projection system, audio-visual system, photocopier, whiteboard. All facilities, BITLAB is responsible for proper maintenance, no need to worry.

方案內容:
Program content:

1.行政服務包括會員聯絡、通告發放、接聽電話、處理查詢、收發電郵及信件等。

2.提供會計及公司秘書協助,例如會員年費徵收、銀行入數、收支記錄等、及聯絡公司秘書向公司註冊處提交一般資料及週年申報表等.

3.組織每兩個月一次的理事會會議及安排一年兩次的特別會議或小組會議(包括編寫會議議程和記錄及免費提供本會內部場地)。

4.安排每年一次的講座及會員活動,例如參觀、考察或康體活動等。

5.跟進訪會及各友好商會聯誼交流。

6.協助處理各界的邀請和回覆、合辦/協辦/支持活動事宜。

1. Administrative services include member contact, notice distribution, answering phone calls, processing inquiries, sending and receiving emails and letters, etc.

2. Provide accounting and company secretary assistance, such as collection of annual membership fees, bank deposits, income and expenditure records, etc., and contact the company secretary to submit general information and annual returns to the Companies Registry, etc.

3. Organize bimonthly board meetings and arrange bi-annual special meetings or group meetings (including writing meeting agendas and minutes and providing free internal venues).

4. Arrange annual lectures and member activities, such as visits, investigations or recreational activities.

5. Follow up the visiting meeting and friendship exchanges with friendly chambers of commerce.

6. Assist in handling invitations and replies from all walks of life, co-organizing/co-organizing/supporting activities.
